I primarily communicated with Veronica via WhatsApp, as I live in Ghana. She was incredibly helpful throughout the process—consistently following up and making the entire enquiry experience engaging and enjoyable. Since I was off-site and couldn’t decide easily, she sent me several fabric samples, which I really appreciated. Eventually, with her guidance, I was able to make a final decision. My only challenge came when I had to deal with another lady during Veronica’s time off—the price changed slightly, which was a bit unexpected. Overall, I was very pleased with the selections and the level of customer service. What really stood out was the after-sales service: I received a follow-up call to check if I was satisfied with the fabrics, and I was pleasantly surprised by the thoughtfully packaged souvenirs that came with my order and the way the fabrics were packaged.
